Complaints handling system

At Skol doo, we respect the applicable consumer protection legislation and guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want all guests to be satisfied with our services and facilities during their stay at Hiša Olive Garden Strunjan.

Should any of our guests express dissatisfaction with our services, we will consider their complaint in accordance with the Complaints Handling System.

  1. Any complaint can be made by a guest;

    • Write in the Book of Compliments and Complaints, which is located at the Reception of the Olive Garden Strunjan House

    • send in writing to the address: SKOL doo, Stanetova ulica 29, 3000 CELJE

2. Skol doo will carefully examine each complaint received, confirm receipt of the complaint as soon as possible and handle it within 8 (eight) days of its receipt.

 

3. The complaints procedure is confidential.

 

4. We will do our best to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the Court in Celje has jurisdiction.
